You are responsible for ensuring that your use of euro4d complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your country, state, or region. If online betting becomes illegal in your jurisdiction, you must immediately cease using our Services.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You must not be subject to any legal restrictions that would prevent you from using our Services, including but not limited to bankruptcy proceedings, court orders, or self-exclusion agreements.
Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) account with euro4d. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using false identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances. Duplicate accounts will be identified through various means including IP address, device fingerprinting, payment methods, and personal information verification.
To create an account with euro4d, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. All information must match official identity documents. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination.
euro4d is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (KTP, passport, or driver's license), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership. You must provide requested documents within 7 days. Failure to complete verification may result in account restrictions, including suspension of withdrawals.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login information with any third party. You agree to notify euro4d immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account. euro4d is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to maintain adequate security.
You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to successful completion of all KYC requirements. euro4d reserves the right to close or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to our platform integrity.
Important: By registering an account with euro4d, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age, that all information provided is accurate and complete, and that you accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account.
euro4d supports deposits via major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP) and popular e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly during banking hours. You must only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 5-60 minutes during normal operating hours, subject to successful completion of KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that has been used for deposits and that is registered in your name. euro4d reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing large withdrawals or withdrawals to new payment methods.
In compliance with international anti-money laundering standards, euro4d requires that all deposits be wagered at least once (1x rollover) before withdrawal. Deposits that are immediately withdrawn without any wagering activity may be subject to administrative fees and enhanced scrutiny. We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
euro4d does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control. You are responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment processors.
euro4d offers various bonuses and promotions to enhance your betting experience. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, eligible games, and maximum bet limits. You must read and understand the specific terms attached to each promotion before claiming any bonus.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must bet the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) before withdrawal is permitted. For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must place bets totaling 10 times the bonus amount.
euro4d has zero tolerance for bonus abuse. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, collusion with other players, betting on opposite outcomes, or any other form of bonus abuse will result in immediate forfeiture of bonuses, winnings, and potential account closure. We employ sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify and prevent abuse.
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements have been met. If you request a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements, the bonus and any winnings derived from the bonus will be forfeited. Only the original deposit amount (if applicable) and any winnings from non-bonus funds will be processed.
Once a bet is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified. You are responsible for ensuring that all bet details (selection, stake amount, odds) are correct before confirmation. euro4d is not responsible for errors made by the User when placing bets.
Bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant sports league, competition organizer, or game provider. In the event of a dispute, euro4d's decision is final. We reserve the right to void bets if there is evidence of match-fixing, technical errors, or other irregularities that compromise the integrity of the betting market.

In the event of technical malfunctions, software errors, or communication failures that affect bet placement or settlement, euro4d reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from technical issues.
euro4d integrates with third-party game providers, payment processors, and data feeds. We are not responsible for any errors, delays, or failures caused by these third parties. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, euro4d's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
